Seagrape Cottage is a very comfortable 3 bedroom family holiday home that accommodates up to 6 people. It has a large L-shaped living area combining the lounge, dining and kitchen spaces and 3 bedrooms accommodating 1 queen, 1 double, 2 single (bunk beds) and a trundle. The bathroom consists of a bath and shower with a separate toilet. There is reverse cycled airconditioning in the living area and each of the 3 bedrooms as well as central heating for those cold winter days. The kitchen is self contained and fully equipped with a gas stove top, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and pantry. The laundry contains a washing machine for your convenience with washing lines located in backyard. The backyard is secure and has a gas BBQ and 2 outdoor settings. All beds are made up and with all of your linen requirements provided.
Guests have full use of all aspects of the house as if their own home, except the lock up garage that is used to store the host's personal effects. As I live 2 hours away from Seagrape Cottage I am only available to communicate via email and in an emergency by phone or text. Check in is via a security lockbox.
